WARRANTY & Authenticity Validation

Register your SR45 within 30 days of purchase to activate your Certificate of Authenticity and access our privileged technical support. This registration allows us to verify the authenticity of your SR45 and provide you with the highest level of service regarding our technology.
Every submission is manually verified. You will shortly receive confirmation that your SR45 is indeed an original and that your personalized support is active.

Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover: intentional or accidental tearing of the bail and/or attachment, impacts, falls, immersion in liquid (showering, bathing, swimming pools, drinks, etc.), exposure to excessive temperatures (direct sunlight, heating devices, etc.), crushing, forced opening, disassembly, cutting, sanding, or cleaning not in accordance with the maintenance protocol below.

Protection of Vibrational Integrity:
Any attempt to explore the contents of the SR45 using scanners, spectrometers, or other molecular and atomic-scale exploration devices will irreversibly destroy the product's properties by disrupting the coherence of the vibrational energy quanta within the crystalline lattices.

Use and non-use of the Serenius SR45:
The SereniuS SR45 incorporates advanced bio-technology components designed for long-term operation. With appropriate care and normal conditions of use and maintenance, the technology is intended to support a service life that may exceed 30 years.
To preserve the integrity and performance of the SereniuS SR45, it should be used only in standard indoor environments. Exposure to excessive humidity (such as steam rooms or hammams) or extreme heat (such as saunas) should be avoided.
The SereniuS SR45 must not be subjected to:

shocks, impacts or accidental drops
immersion in liquids (including showers, baths, swimming pools, beverages or other liquids)
exposure to excessive heat sources (including direct sunlight or heating appliances) that you could not humanly bear without protection
crushing or excessive mechanical pressure
forced opening, dismantling, cutting, sanding or any attempt to alter or modify the product
cleaning methods that do not follow the maintenance protocol described below

Failure to observe these precautions may result in damage to the technology and may affect its functionality or service life.
The SereniuS SR45 is a consumer technology product.

Maintenance:
The SR45 is a natural product. Over time, the bamboo will develop a patina and the copper will oxidize. The bamboo requires no maintenance; do not attempt to sand or varnish it. To clean the copper, mix a little white vinegar and salt, lightly dampen a non-fibrous cloth, and gently rub the copper part.
