The SERENIUS trademark is owned by Hervé Derycker and managed under license by Wynn Sigel Ltd.
This Agreement is concluded between:
1. The Seller: Wynn Sigel Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 10916826, whose registered office is located at 17 Pier Street, Ventnor, Isle of Wight, PO38 1ST, United Kingdom (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller" or "Wynn Sigel Ltd").
2. The Buyer: Any natural person or legal entity wishing to purchase products or services by completing an online form or proceeding to a direct payment on the Seller's website, as defined in Article 4 (hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer").
Preamble and Licensing Rights:
Wynn Sigel Ltd acts as the distributor of the products featured on its official website: www.serenius.co.uk.
Wynn Sigel Ltd also owns and operates the websites www.theathanor.top and www.strannikpps.com.
By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges these arrangements and agrees to abide by the intellectual property restrictions set forth in Article 11.

4.4 Accuracy of Data: The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address. Wynn Sigel Ltd is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect information.
Article 5 – Retention of Title and Risk
5.1 Ownership: Ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer only upon receipt of payment in full.
5.2 Transfer of Risk: In accordance with UK law, risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon physical possession of the goods.
Article 6 – Refund & Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
6.1 Statutory Right: For physical goods, the Buyer has a cooling-off period of 14 days from receipt to cancel the order.
6.2 Returns: The Buyer must notify the Seller of their intent to cancel and return the goods within 14 days of notification, at the Buyer's expense.
6.3 Condition: Items must be returned in their original, resaleable condition. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by unnecessary handling.
Article 7 – Shipping & Delivery
7.1 Shipping: Wynn Sigel Ltd reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any order to a destination where the secure transport of the instrument or local customs regulations do not allow for compliant delivery. Buyers are encouraged to verify shipping feasibility with our customer service before completing payment.
7.2 Delivery Address: Goods are delivered to the address provided during checkout.
7.3 Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs clearance. If goods are not delivered within 30 days, the Buyer may cancel for a full refund.
